What should I do if I find out my Mortgage is being transferred?
This is unfortunately a common occurrence with mortgages. However, with EarnUp, we try to make the process as simple as possible! By law, your old and new mortgage servicers are required to contact you about the transfer. As soon as you are notified or receive this transfer letter, please contact us via the following:
Submit a request using our
Support Form to report the Loan Transfer:
When filling out the form:
- Put ‘Loan Transfer’ in the Subject line
- Enter your information including the best phone number and email address to reach you at
- Submit your request
If you are unable to submit your request by using our
support form, please call our Customer Happiness line at 1-800-209-9700.
Our office hours are 6:30 am-5:00 pm PT Monday to Friday. We suggest having your loan statement on hand in order to provide our Customer Happiness representative with all of the necessary information to report your loan transfer.
