What if I am planning on refinancing or if I am in the middle of a refinance process?


If you are planning on refinancing your current loan, this one will be canceled on our records and the new loan (refinanced) information will be added once you provide the new loan details.   

How can I cancel my current loan to add the new refinanced loan?

You can log in to your online account, click on your current loan, and on the bottom line select the cancel auto-payments option, from the list of the cancellation reason please select refinancing. Read the disclaimer available and finally click on Yes, cancel auto-payments option. 

 

From the display page, click on send request using our Support Form:

 

When filling out the form:
  1. Choose the request type ‘Enrollment’
  2. Enter your information including the best phone number and email address to reach you at
  3. Submit your request
  4. One of our support representatives will reach out to you to complete the add loan process. 

 

Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to address your request.
