How do I make an additional principal payment?

You may use our Support Form to submit your request to make additional principal payments.

When filling out the form:
  1. Put ‘Change Debit or Payment’ in the Subject line
  2. Enter your information including the best phone number and email address to reach you at
  3. Submit your request
If you are unable to submit the request using our support form, please
call our Customer Happiness line at 1-800-209-9700, our agents will assist you with the main request.

Our office hours are 6:30 am-5:00 pm PT Monday to Friday. We suggest having your loan statement on hand in order to provide our Customer Happiness representative with all of the necessary information to add your loan.

Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to address your request.
