There are several ways that you are able to cancel your account.
If you have claimed your online account you can cancel or pause your account directly through your online portal by completing the following steps:
From your homepage, select the loan you are looking to cancel
Once the loan page populates you will see the option to “Cancel auto-payments” under the Manage Auto-Payments section
In confirming you would like to cancel your auto-payments you will be prompted with selecting a cancellation reason.
If you need a break from EarnUp due to a temporary change in your financial situation you also have the option to pause auto-payments and we’ll be ready to welcome you back when you’re ready to resume your account.
If you have not claimed your online account you can cancel your account by submitting a request using our support form.
When filling out the form:
Choose the request type ‘Cancellation’
Enter your information including the best phone number and email address to reach you at
Submit your request
If you are not able to submit your request through your online account or the support form, please call our Customer Happiness Team at 1-800-209-9700 and one of our Customer Happiness Representatives will assist you with the cancellation process.
Our office hours are 6:30am-5:00pm PT Monday to Friday.
Please be aware that a cancellation request must be submitted 3 days prior to any debit or payment already scheduled.
Once submitted the request, please allow us 1 to 2 business days to address your request.
