How can I add a new loan to my account?

Adding a loan to your EarnUp account is simple, however in order to do so you will need to speak with one of our Customer Happiness representatives. There are two ways we can start this process.

The first way is to call our Customer Happiness line at 1-800-209-9700. Our office hours are 6:30am-5:00pm PT Monday to Friday. We suggest having your loan statement on hand in order to provide our Customer Happiness representative with all of the necessary information to add your loan.

If you are unable to reach out at this time we can also have one of our Customer Happiness agents reach out to you. You may use our Support Form to submit your request to add a loan.

When filling out the form:
  1. Put ‘Add Loan’ in the Subject line
  2. Enter your information including the best phone number and email address to reach you at
  3. Submit your request
